Moving from Paralysis to Action

For many neurodivergent individuals, the challenge isn't a lack of knowledge or ambition—it is the mechanical "how" of execution. Executive functions are the brain’s air traffic control system: they manage task initiation, focus, emotional regulation, and time perception. When you are autistic or have ADHD, this system often operates on a different frequency than the rest of the world.

At Exceptional Like Me, we understand that generic productivity hacks often fail 2e and neurodivergent people because they ignore the sensory and cognitive load involved in "getting things done." Our coaching focuses on building a bespoke management system that respects your brain's architecture instead of fighting against it.

Moving From Paralysis To Action
Who Its For

Who It’s For

  • Students: Academically capable learners who struggle with the "hidden curriculum"—organising notes, starting long-form essays, or managing the transition to university-level autonomy.
  • Adults: Professionals or life-long learners navigating burnout, managing household administration, or seeking more effective ways to manage a neurodivergent workload.
  • Late-Diagnosed Individuals: Those who have spent years feeling "lazy" or "unmotivated" and are ready to replace shame with effective, neuro-affirming strategies.

How We Can Help

Unlike generic life coaching, Olivia’s approach is grounded in neurodivergent lived experience and evidence-informed strategy. We don't aim for neurotypical standards; we aim for functional independence.

Task Initiation & Momentum
Practical techniques to overcome "ADHD paralysis" and lower the barrier to starting complex or non-preferred tasks.
Time Perception & Management
Tools to navigate "time blindness," helping you visualise your day and allocate energy (not just time) effectively.
Authentic Organisation

Moving away from aesthetic planners that don't work, and toward functional, low-friction systems for physical and digital spaces.

Emotional Regulation Support

Identifying the link between executive dysfunction and the "shame spiral," helping you maintain momentum even when things don't go to plan.
